7th International Rosaceae Genomics Conference

Welcome to the home page of the 7th International Rosaceae Genomics Conference that was held in Seattle, Washington, USA on June 24-26, 2014. The meeting was hosted by Washington State University and the Washington Tree Fruit Research Commission.

The biennial RGC provides international researchers with the opportunity to meet, share ongoing research results in genomics and genetics, and target their research to provide cutting edge solutions addressing producer needs and consumer preferences.  Collaborations fostered by previous conferences have accelerated the development of genome sequences for peach, apple, and strawberry and enhanced the application of DNA information in breeding programs worldwide.
