Rosaceae EST Unigene

Rosaceae EST Unigene V4 Development: Assemblies of publicly available ESTs are available for the family Rosaceae and the genera Malus, Prunus, Fragaria, Rosa, Pyrus and Rubus. The individual ESTs and the contigs are annotated by putative function by sequence homology (Swiss-Prot and TrEMBL), tissue, protein domain (InterProScan), SSR, and SNPs. Unique oligos for the unigene sets are also developed for unigene chip development.

SNP Analysis:The publicly available autoSNP software was used to analyze the most recent versions of the Rosaceae unigene and the individual genera unigenes. A summary of the results and downloadable data can be found here.
