Tree Genetics and Genomes Data Submission

GDR Partnership with Tree Genetics and Genomes.

From July 18, 2011, all manuscripts containing genomics, genetics or breeding data for Rosaceae tree species, which have been accepted for publication in Tree Genetics and Genomes, will be required to submit data to GDR prior to manuscript publication. On submission of the data, a page will be created in GDR for the specific publication with links to the submitted data. A URL will be provided to the authors for inclusion in their publication. The URL will remain private in GDR until the date of publication release. In the longer term we will work to fully integrate each data set with existing GDR data, with full credit given to the submitting authors.

Please contact us at tgg@bioinfo.wsu.edu to arrange transfer of data from manuscripts accepted for publication in TGG. We have easy to use templates for data transfer and will work closely with authors to ensure this process is expediated quickly and easily.
