PCR ConditionPCR in 20 ul solution of 10 mM Tris-HCL (pH 8.3), 50 mM KCl, 1.5 mM MgCl2, 0.01 % gelatin, 0.2 mM dNTPs, 10 pmoles of each primers, 10 ng of genomic DNA, 0.5 unites Taq Polymerase. Amplification was performed with step 35 cycles of I mim at 94C, 1 min at 50-55 C, 2 min at 72 C.
