Sub type |
SNP |
Description |
The apple ‘Crop Reference Sets’, consisting of 421 individuals from three apple breeding programs (Washington State University, the University of Minnesota, and Cornell University), represents US breeding germplasm for the RosBREED project, were genotyped using the Illumina Infinium 8K apple SNP array and haplotypes were determined. The genotype calls of 18 additional apple individuals genotyped with the 20K SNP array in the FruitBreedomics project or genotyped with the 8K SNP array at KU Leuven, Belgium were added to the data set to complete genotypic data of key ancestors. |
