Description This is a genome-wide associaation study (GWAS) of 116 sweet cherry accessions from the INRAE Prunus Genetic Resources Center at Bourran, France. Two sweet cherry reference genomes and the peach genome were used in this study. GWAS was onducted on fruit quality traits including size, cracking, firmness, and stone size collected over 2 to 6 years. The Satonishiki genome (Prunus avium Whole Genome Assembly v1.0 & Annotation v1 (v1.0.a1)) was used as a reference.
