Project Name RosBREED_Tart_Cherry_Haplotype_2019
Description This dataset contains SNP-based haplotypes for the eight genomic regions for nine important parental cultivars of sour cherry (Prunus cerasus) identified using TetraOrigin software. It includes haplotypes previously constructed for four genomic regions associated with bloom time. Two of these regions, those on chromosomes 2 and 4, were also associated with fruit size and firmness in sweet cherry, respectively. The dataset also includes an additional four genomic regions where major QTLs were located: bloom time (G1), flesh color (G3), fruit acidity (G5), and the self-incompatibility locus (G6).
