Headers
Column
Description
*
genome
Name of the whole genome assembly. It should match a 'name' column entry in the 'Analysis' sheet or analysis table in Chado.
*
chromosome
Name of the chromosome (e.g. Chr1, Ch15).
*
marker_qtl_mtl
Name of the marker, QTL, MTL or haplotype block. Please provide the detailed data in 'Marker', 'QTL', 'MTL' or 'Haplotype_Block' sheet.
*
start
The leftmost/maximal boundary. This is space-based (interbase) coordinates, counting from zero. So the starting position is substract by 1 and stored in featureloc.fmin. Please see the table definition of featureloc table in the Chado specification.
*
end
The rightmost/maximal boundary.
strand
Orientation of the location (should be 0, -1 or +1).
*
reference
Pub ID of genome location. If the location is computationally generated by the database team, please add '##'.
