Column	Description
* dataset_name	Name of the GWAS study, the dataset_name should exist in 'dataset_name' column of the 'Dataset' sheet.
* group_name	Name of the GWAS group, the GWAS group name should exist in 'group_name' column of the 'GWAS_group' sheet.
* genus	Genus of the GWAS group.
* species	Species of the GWAS group.
* descriptor	Name of the trait descriptor. It should exist in 'descriptor_name' column of the 'Descriptor' sheet.
trait_descriptor_set	The name of the trait descriptor set that is stored in cv table of chado
assessment_year	Assessment year of the GWAS group.
site_name	Location/environment where the plant was grown. Site_name should exist in 'site_name' column of the 'Site' sheet. If the phenotypic measurement has been done in multiple years, create multiple site_code even if it is done in the same location.
mean	The mean value of the traits for each parent and progeny.
standard_deviation	The standard deviation of the population.
kurtosis	The measure of whether the data are heavy-tailed or light-tailed relative to a normal distribution.
min_value	The minimum value of the trait for each parent and progeny.
max_value	The maximum value of the trait for each parent and progeny.
h2	The heritability of the population.
PVE	Phenotypic Variation Explained.
skewness	The skewness of the population.
comments	Comments
reference	Reference of the data source (pub_id), Multiple references, separated by comma, can be added.
##property_name	Special columns (##) : followed by name of the custom property.
