Rosaceae SNP Summit

The Rosaceae Community SNP Summit, sponsored by the NIFA SCRI funded RosBREED project will be held in Stellenbosch, South Africa, on November 13 and 14, 2010, immediately prior to the 5th International Rosaceae Genomics Conference to be held at the same location on November 14 - 17, 2010.

The purpose of the meeting is to finalize the selection of SNPs and genotyping platform for development of community-wide SNP arrays for peach, apple, cherry, and strawberry. Download the draft agenda.
