Description This is a GWAS of 164 peach genotypes ( comprising of 26 cultivars/advanced lines and 138 progeny from 9 breeding families with 'Bolinha'). The study was conducted at the Musser Fruit Research Center, Clemson University, South Carolina, USA. Genotyping was done using the 9+9K peach SNP array and GWAS was conducted on disease severity index for brown rot response. The response was composed of flesh response (for wounded samples) and skin response (for non-wounded samples).
