Description This is a genome-wide associaation study (GWAS) of 116 sweet cherry accessions from the INRAE Prunus Genetic Resources Center at Bourran, France. Two sweet cherry reference genomes and the peach genome were used in this study. GWAS was onducted on fruit quality traits including size, cracking, firmness, and stone size collected over 2 to 6 years. The peach genome (Prunus persica Whole Genome Assembly v2.0 & Annotation v2.1 (v2.0.a1)) was used as a reference.
