New haplotype block search is available (12/19)
Users can search haplotype data by the aligned genome position as well as by germassociated trait, plasm name, and haplotype block. The results table shows haplotype of each germplasm along with the SNP markers within the haploblock and their genomic and genetic positions. The genome position and the genetic position is hyperlinked to JBrowse and MapViewer, respectively, for users to explore other features in the genome and the genetic map.
