Comments | Fruit: medium size, red-striped to deep red fruit. Crisp, juicy, firm, medium-tender, white flesh. Mild, pleasantly tart flavor. Good for fresh eating and cider; even better for baking; holds its shape and texture. Stores well for 4-6 months. Tree: Known for hardiness, vigorousness, productivity and quality. Tends to be biennial; early production- often 2nd year after planting. Moderate resistance to fire blight and cedar-apple rust.
