Comments | Fruit: size medium to large, W60-77 x L45-61 mm; shape flat, rectangular to truncate-conic, convex, slight ribbing at the calyx basin, very even; skin pale greenish yellow, blushed bright red, light dots, fine scattered russet, solid russet at the calyx end. Flesh crisp, yellowish white tinged pink, excellent flavor. Some resistance to scab. Ripens from early to mid-August depending on location. Not a keeper..fruit tends to crack. Hardy compact tree, naturally semi-dwarf. Flowers frost resistant. Additional LIT.CIT. 1992-93. H. Apple. Tsolum River Fruit Trees Catalogue. p. 16.
